Full Ring – This game has the entire table which also is another word for the maximum number of players which are there. Usually the number is 10. Some games however make the capping of the number of players as 9.

Shorthanded – This game does not allow the number of players to exceed the maximum limit. Usually the limit is set to 6 and that is why this is also called as six max. This can run just like the full ring even if the maximum number of players are not yet reached.
